Acceptable use policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the rules for using KernelFlow services. It is designed to protect our users, our infrastructure, and the integrity of our platform.

2. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from using KernelFlow to:

• Malware & Exploits: Generate, distribute, or execute malware, ransomware, viruses, or any code designed to harm or exploit systems.
• Illegal Content: Create, share, or promote illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation, terrorism, fraud, or human trafficking.
• Hate Speech & Harassment: Generate or distribute content that promotes hatred, violence, discrimination, or harassment against individuals or groups.
• Misinformation & Disinformation: Generate or distribute false information with the intent to mislead, manipulate, or cause harm.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Use our platform to infringe on patents, trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, systems, or data.
• Denial of Service (DoS): Overload, disrupt, or degrade the performance of our services or the services of others.
• Reselling: Resell or redistribute KernelFlow services without explicit written permission.

3. Responsible Use

We encourage responsible and ethical use of our platform. Users are expected to:

• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable l and regulations.
• Respect the privacy and rights of others.
• Report suspected violations of this policy to abuse@kernelflow.one.
• Cooperate with our investigations into potential violations.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor usage of our platform to detect and prevent violations of this policy. If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take the following actions:

• Issue a warning.
• Suspend your account temporarily or permanently.
• Terminate your access to the Service.
• Report your activity to relevant authorities.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you believe that someone is violating this policy, please report it to us immediately at abuse@kernelflow.one. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website.
